 Berat Kjamili is a co-founder of Migport which connects refugees and locals through online entrepreneurship programs.  He is also one of the coordinators of the YSESD Social Entrepreneurship Workshops of Rutgers University. He also has co-founded Turcopreneurs - Türkiye's Early Adopters Entrepreneurship Community.

Berat has co-founded e-Residence Turkey where over 10 million foreigners registered for residence permits, and the world's biggest online hackathon, EUvsVirus of the European Commission where over 21,000 people participated to find solutions to the pandemic.

Previously, he has worked with YouTube, Facebook, United Nations, DAAD, KAS and other top international NGOs regarding enhancing entrepreneurship communities.

He has won over 10 international prestigious awards and published over 17 articles on Springer and IFORS. He received 46 citations.


In addition, Berat was selected as a fellow of the Young Transatlantic Innovation Leaders Initiative fellow at Marshall Fund and US Department of State where he currently is an active Board Member of the alumni association.

Besides having a wide understanding of social matters, Berat also has the knowledge and skills to combine them with innovative tools.
