Leading Social Impact
- As the President of the Board of Directors of Kodluyoruz Social Enterprise, I focus on community building and empowering future leaders in technology. Kodluyoruz (We code) is a social enterprise dedicated to training world-class software developers in Turkey, with the vision of establishing our country as a technology development center.
- Berat has served as the inaugural Alumni Board President for The Young Transatlantic Innovation Leaders Initiative (YTILI), which is the U.S. Department of State's flagship program for European emerging entrepreneurs, and is implemented by WorldChicago. This initiative also includes entrepreneurship bootcamps that foster innovation and collaboration within coworking spaces.

We collaborate with leading organizations such as Microsoft, IBM, Bosch Siemens Hausgeräte, Ford Türkiye, the Koç Foundation, the Sabancı Foundation, UNDP, the Technology and Innovation Ministry of Türkiye, and European Commission programs to foster community building and train the next generation of coders and AI experts in Türkiye. Our initiatives, including entrepreneurship bootcamps, aim to empower social entrepreneurs while also hosting events featuring an AI keynote speaker to inspire innovation.
